How To Enter

1. To enter, purchase any one of the Global Health and Fitness Products from the online store between January 1^st 2012 and December 31^st 2012 inclusive, and receive one ballot for every Item that is purchased. You will be entered into the contest automatically once your order is placed. To be eligible to win the grand prize, orders must be received by midnight on the Contest Closing Date.

Odds

2. The odds of winning the grand prize are dependent upon the total number of entries for the draw for that prize.

3. At approximately 2:00pm EST, in Toronto on January 1^st 2013, one (1) entry will be drawn at random from all entries received by the Contest Closing Date.

Prizes

4. 1 grand prize is available to be won, consisting of a trip for two (2), consisting of return economy air transportation for two (2) adults on a charter airline, transfers at the destination, seven (7) nights accommodation, in a standard room (double occupancy). (The prize destination will be determined from the winners location…. if living on the west coast…a west coast sun vacation destination will be chosen…if the winner is from the east coast, then a Caribbean destination will be determined. If the winner is from overseas…or Australia, then a destination will be chosen appropriate to that location.) All costs and expenses not specifically included above as part of the prize, including without limitation: ground transportation, cancellation fees, airport taxes, departure taxes, all other applicable taxes, personal expenses and other items of personal nature, alcoholic beverages, optional excursions, gratuities and insurance, are the responsibility of the winner and his/her guest. All travel documentation is the responsibility of the winner and his/her guest. Reservations will be arranged and bookings subject to space and flight availability. Trip must be taken during the calendar year of 2011. Once confirmed, travel arrangements may not be able to be changed. The winner and his/her guest must travel together and depart from and return to the major commercial airport nearest to the winner’s residence and serviced by the charter airline to be flown. Prize must be accepted as awarded. No additions or substitutions allowed. Lost or stolen vacation vouchers will not be replaced. Approximate retail value is $4.200 Canadian dollars, based on departure from Toronto.

General

5. Each selected entrant will be contacted by telephone or registered mail within two (2) weeks of the draw in question from the contact information provided with his/her selected entry. The selected entrant once notified by phone must respond within five (5) business days.

6. In order to be confirmed as a winner in this contest, selected entrant must first correctly answer, without assistance or mechanical aid, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and otherwise comply with these contest rules.

7. In order to receive a prize, each selected entrant and his/her traveling companion (who must be the age of majority in the province, state or territory in which he/she resides) will be required to complete, sign and return a standard declaration and release form (including publicity release) confirming understanding of and compliance with the contest rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded, and a release of all liability satisfactory to Global Health and fitness and DMG International. If any prize notification is returned undeliverable or if any selected entrant is found ineligible or to have otherwise failed to comply with these contest rules, the applicable prize will be forfeited and an alternate entry selected. Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be extended, transferred, redeemed for cash or otherwise substituted.

8. This contest is conducted by Global Health and Fitness and DMG International and is open to individuals who are over the age of majority in the province, state or territory in which they reside, except: (i) employees, representatives and agents of the Sponsors, their affiliates, licensors, associates, the contest judges, and their respective advertising and promotional agencies, and persons domiciled with any of the above.

9. None of the Sponsors, their affiliates, licensors, associates, or their respective agents or representatives shall not be responsible in any way for the use of or bear any liability whatsoever in any way related to the contest, including the prizes awarded in this contest, the use of computers or any other property

10. The Sponsors retain the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.

11. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws. Decisions of the Sponsors and contest judges are final and binding on all entrants with respect to all aspects of the contest.

12. The Sponsors reserve the right to withdraw, modify or end this contest at any time without prior notice.

13. All entries become the property of the Sponsors for any and all purposes, and will not be returned. None of the Sponsors nor their affiliates, licensors, associates will be in any way responsible for entries or declaration and release forms which are delayed, stolen, illegible, misdirected, incomplete, forged, lost or destroyed.

14. By accepting a prize, winners and their travel companions consent to the use of their names, comments, voice and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

15. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law,
including criminal prosecution.
