I've achieved so much as a result of using your book
'Get Fit Stay
Fit'. Whenever I had a question about my training or nutrition, I
was very impressed with your prompt reply and level of quality in
helping me to better understand what I was doing.
Before I read your book all I knew was to try to burn more calories than
you take in...to some degree it's right...but I had no idea how much
more was involved. Now that I know what to do and why, I've learned how
to train smarter not harder and seeing great results.
